Group childbirth classes are held at Winning Edge Physical Therapy in Versailles, Ohio. Locations for group FEMM and teenFEMM classes vary. Private and group courses can be attended virtually, contact Cassie for more details.

Private FEMM Instruction - $150 per couple
Includes three 90 minute education sessions over a span of 3 months plus unlimited chart reviews for one year following the first session.
Participants learn about the ovulatory cycle as a vital sign of health and learn how to cooperate with God's design for the reproductive system throughout every season of life. The three part series will cover the following topics:

Group FEMM Instruction - $75 per couple ($50 for single women)
Three 90 minute education sessions educating adult women, engaged couples, and married couples regarding the hormonal physiology behind the ovulatory cycle

FEMM Chart Review - $30
An approx. 30 minute one-on-one session during which Cassie will work with you to review your chart. The purpose of this session is to help you to accurately chart your biomarkers to assist you with achieving your health and/or family planning goals.
Best for group FEMM or teenFEMM participants who are desiring an individualized chart review.

A private session (virtual or in-person) to create a birth plan based on your values and preferences. We will discuss how you can work with your maternity care team to have a safe, informed, and empowered birth!
